With lots starting as low as $39,900, Boulder Ridge welcomes the relocation of your home to our community.* We will include your home relocation and complete landscape package into the cost of the lot for a limited time only. While your home is being relocated you may elect to stay in one of our beautifully furnished homes on a first come, first serve basis.

If you want to purchase your dream home, you may select from one of the beautifully designed model homes on site, or order your dream home for your scenic lot.
