Multi-section homes 1999 or newer are welcome at Boulder Ridge. Purchase land in the Boulder Ridge community and we’ll take care of your home relocation and new landscaping for YOU at no charge!
Or you may choose to take advantage of traditional thirty year financing and lower interest rates, by refinancing your home with your lot through one of our financing sources. Realize lower payments than you may be paying today. Our sales office will be able to guide you through the process.

 Relocating your home to another community can be a hardship for many families. Will you stay with family, friends or in a hotel? Let us put your mind at ease. At Boulder Ridge, we offer several fully-furnished models for you to live in during your home relocation on a first-come, first-serve basis. While we take care of your home, you may start experiencing the country setting and many amenities Boulder Ridge has to offer. We want to make your home relocation as smooth as possible.
